To make GOLD STANDARD 100 percent ISOLATE, we start with only the highest quality whey protein, which is then filtered through a series of complex filtering processes to remove extra fat, cholesterol, and sugar. After that, a portion of the Whey Protein Isolate is hydrolyzed, or broken down into smaller amino acid chains.
