MuscleMeds CARNIVOR delivers the muscle building power of BEEF with higher amino acid levels than any other protein supplements sources such as whey, soy, milk and egg. Carnivor beef protein is highly anabolic, very fast absorbing and a great alternative for someone who cannot stomach dairy-based protein. 

How to use

Mix 1 scoop with 250ml (or 2 scoops with 500ml) of cold water or skim milk in a glass or shaker cup. Simply put the water in the shaker first, then a scoop of Phase8 and shake until blended.
